As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll play a central role in developing and refining both front-end and back-end systems using Ruby on Rails integrated with Hotwire, Turbo, and Stimulus. What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and optimize full-stack features following established development practices and lifecycle standards.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define solutions and deliver high-quality software.
- Help maintain a resilient and scalable infrastructure that supports continuous growth and innovation.
- Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and team knowledge-sharing initiatives to advance engineering excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- At least five years of professional software development experience.
- Proven expertise in Ruby on Rails and modern frontend integration using Turbo and Stimulus.
- Firm grasp of REST principles, CSS, and database design, including efficient querying and modeling.
- Experience applying design patterns thoughtfully and evaluating tradeoffs in complex systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clear documentation.
- Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development to guide reliable implementation.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Working knowledge of other MVC frameworks such as Django.
- Frontend experience with NextJS or Gatsby, or mobile development on iOS or Android.
- Proficiency with TailwindCSS or similar utility-first CSS tools.
- Background in automated testing using Selenium or AI-powered visual testing platforms.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Heroku, or Vercel.
- Experience designing or maintaining Microservices or Miniliths architectures.

Work Environment
This is a fully remote role open to candidates in the United States. We support flexible schedules and prioritize sustainable, inclusive work practices. Compensation ranges from $140,000 to $160,000 per year, with additional bonus opportunities.
