Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and sustain full-stack applications at scale using React, Node.js, and current web development standards.
- Create robust backend systems and RESTful APIs with Hapi.js and Node.js to support high-traffic services.
- Develop modular, efficient, and reusable frontend components and application features.
- Design and integrate asynchronous workflows, event-driven logic, and background processing systems.
- Analyze technical options and make balanced decisions that align with business goals, scalability, maintainability, and delivery schedules.
- Enhance system performance, database query efficiency, and overall platform scalability.
- Develop thorough unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software stability and correctness.
- Engage in code reviews, technical discussions, and system architecture planning sessions.
- Support continuous integration and deployment workflows and collaborate with DevOps for cloud-based application operations.
- Help define and improve engineering standards, coding practices, and team development processes.

Compensation
In accordance with applicable pay transparency requirements, the salary range indicated reflects the expected compensation band for the role.
