Schaeffler, a dynamic global technology company with a long family business history, seeks a Full-Stack Software Developer. In this role, you will focus on designing and developing large-scale, high-concurrency applications and implementing customer-facing data visualization services.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop large-scale high-concurrency applications.
- Provide software engineering best practices for the entire software development lifecycle.
- Design highly scalable application-side development frameworks.
- Translate business requirements into software design.
- Implement customer-facing data visualization services.
- Research web interaction technologies and contemplate innovative digital service designs.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 6+ years of software development and international environment work experience.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Practical experience across the full stack, from front-end UI to back-end systems.
- Proficiency in Java programming with practical work experience.
- Familiarity with JVM, IO, and multi-threading principles.
- Familiarity with open-source frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and MyBatis.
- Work experience with front-end React, Vue, or Angular projects for desktop and mobile.
- Experience with Node.js and related tools.
- Familiarity with HTML5, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP protocol.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and Postgres DB.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Redis, and ES.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Linux, Shell, Docker, and Podman.
- Experience with agile development and familiarity with Scrum processes.
- A strong interest in developing software for the manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud services and Kubernetes (K8s).
- Experience with AI-related projects.
