Birlasoft is looking for a Full Stack Senior Tech Lead to play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our web applications. You will leverage your expertise across the entire stack to deliver robust and efficient solutions.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop scalable backend solutions using Python and relevant frameworks.
- Create user interfaces with React.js to ensure responsive and intuitive experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Integrate front-end and back-end components for seamless functionality and data flow.
- Implement and maintain databases and data models to ensure integrity and optimize performance.
- Write unit tests and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users and team members.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends and best practices in web development.
What We're Looking For
- 6-8 years of development experience in Python, with a good understanding of code deployment to AWS.
- Experience with Django and Flask frameworks.
- Experience working with Rabbit MQ.
- Experience with Object Oriented Programming.
- Understanding of RESTful API design.
- Working experience in writing automated unit tests.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and manage stakeholders.
- Ability to suggest multiple solutions to a problem along with pros and cons.
