Responsibilities
- Collaborate with research staff to design, build, and deploy machine learning models.
- Develop systems for cleaning, processing, analyzing, and visualizing diverse datasets, including GPS, accelerometer, and digital phenotyping data.
- Assist in running experiments to assess model accuracy, conduct error analysis, and implement performance enhancements.
- Lead high-level data interpretation and oversee analytical tasks performed by lab personnel.
- Combine data from multiple sources such as behavioral, clinical, and digital phenotyping workflows.
- Contribute to building a secure, scalable dashboard or lightweight clinical application that integrates and displays real-time data visualizations.
- Implement reusable, modular visualization components and manage version-controlled codebases.
- Coordinate with university and hospital IT teams to ensure system interoperability, reliability, and clinical applicability.
- Support the creation of grant proposals, academic presentations, and research publications.
