Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive ownership of the full Audit Confirmations system, including audit workflows, architecture, infrastructure, codebases, and integrations.
- Lead technical strategy by assessing and proposing changes, designs, and implementation methods to shape system evolution.
- Lead knowledge transfer and transition initiatives, ensuring thorough documentation and effective onboarding of team members during handover phases.
- Ensure high-quality documentation of all knowledge transfer materials and artifacts.
- Manage DevOps tasks such as deployment pipelines, environment setups, and operational processes to support reliable releases.
- Conduct code reviews, uphold coding standards, ensure software quality, and provide technical mentorship across experience levels.
- Provide technical leadership by resolving complex issues, guiding design decisions, and promoting engineering best practices.
- Support both CTB and RTB workstreams, including regulatory updates, audit requirements, business enhancements, and incident resolution.
- Operate across the full software development lifecycle, CI/CD systems, and audit workflows, ensuring disciplined execution and environment readiness, with potential oversight of ITAO/TISO duties including governance and security.
