Deel is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to join the Nextgen platform team. You will build enterprise-level applications using Vue.js and .NET technologies, participating in the full software development lifecycle from discovery to deployment. This role involves learning Vue.js on the job as part of a cross-functional team.
What You'll Do
- Participate in product planning from discovery to deployment.
- Collaborate with Frontend, Back-End, Full-Stack Engineers, Product Teams, Designers, and QA to develop robust new features and APIs.
- Continuously improve industry-leading products and find and fix bugs at speed.
- Ensure customers receive a white-glove experience with the products.
- Keep Information Security, Customer Excellence, Self-Development, and Cost Savings top of mind.
- Learn and be adaptable to new ways of working, including learning Vue.js.
- Design, code, test, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Microsoft technologies.
- Take ownership of projects and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Communicate complex ideas with diverse teams of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Solve customer problems with a business-focused approach to software development.
What We're Looking For
- Expert knowledge of the latest versions of C#/.NET, .NET Core and Entity Framework.
- Expert at applying SOLID Principles.
- Expert knowledge of MS-SQL.
- Firm understanding of Azure DevOps (or ability to learn similar quickly).
- Ability to create RESTful APIs with ease.
- Willingness to learn Vue.js at a production level.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote-first work culture.
- Ability to embrace independence and take ownership of projects.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas with ease and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Passion for solving customer problems.
