Role Overview
We’re seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer based in the United States to lead the development and maintenance of digital platforms across WordPress, Shopify, and CRM systems like HubSpot and HighLevel. This is a fully remote, full-time position requiring consistent availability during Eastern Time hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom websites on WordPress and Shopify platforms
- Configure and manage CRM solutions, including setup, automation, and integrations
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of web and CRM projects from concept to deployment
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues affecting performance, functionality, or integrations
- Optimize digital assets for speed, mobile responsiveness, SEO, and conversion efficiency
- Work closely with internal teams to interpret business goals and deliver effective technical solutions
- Maintain clear, consistent communication on project status, risks, and timelines
Required Qualifications
- Must be located in the United States
- Proven experience in full stack or website development roles
- Hands-on expertise with WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, and HighLevel
- Portfolio demonstrating successful website and CRM implementations
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on usability and system reliability
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-driven, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality results
- Comfortable working within EST business hours
Preferred Experience
- Background in both web development and CRM system management
- Experience with marketing automation, lead pipelines, and workflow design
- Track record supporting fast-growing or established businesses in digital operations
- Ability to suggest improvements in development processes and technical standards
Technical Environment
Primary tools include WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, and HighLevel. Familiarity with integration patterns and API connectivity across platforms is essential.
Work Setup
