Shape the foundation of a growing developer platform as a key contributor on a remote-first team. In this role, you'll architect and maintain RESTful APIs that power enterprise integrations, ensuring consistency, performance, and security across systems. Your work will directly influence how partners and clients connect with the platform, making scalability and clean design essential.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain high-performance, secure REST APIs with an emphasis on clean, repeatable integration patterns.
- Build modular front-end components using Vue, React, and TypeScript to support critical user workflows.
- Create and manage reusable libraries and tools used across multiple products and integration paths.
- Enhance the developer experience by contributing to documentation, OpenAPI specs, and Postman collections.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to align technical implementation with user needs.
- Optimize system reliability, response times, and security across the integration ecosystem.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in developing modular, reusable software components and scalable API architectures.
- Strong experience with containerization tools like Docker and testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Vitest.
- Ability to write clear, maintainable code and thorough technical documentation.
- Deep understanding of performance optimization and security best practices in distributed systems.
- Experience supporting developer-facing tools, APIs, or integration platforms.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
Preferred Background
- Hands-on experience with Vue, React, and Node.js in production environments.
- Track record of delivering polished UI components for complex workflows like checkouts or data selectors.
- Prior ownership of developer portals, plugin systems, or internal tooling platforms.
- Experience creating technical content such as code examples, integration guides, and API documentation.
