Kimberly-Clark seeks a Full Stack Developer to help deliver better care for billions through our portfolio of trusted brands. In this role, you will bring your professional expertise to building and managing iconic brands, providing technical leadership and development for our Brand.com platform.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and implement new templates, components, and responsive web pages/sites in Sitecore to support the Brand.com platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Own and lead all technical and architectural decisions according to company guidelines.
- Provide Full-Stack technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Carry out development of assigned user stories adhering to engineering standards, security, timeline, and quality metrics.
- Manage current state documents including diagrams, operational runbooks, and future-state roadmaps.
- Share new tools, technology standards, and technical learnings on the Sitecore CMS platform with engineering teams.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale web and mobile applications for consumers using .NET/C#/MVC.
- Hands-on working experience on the Sitecore platform version 10 and above.
- Strong knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (Next.js/React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies (Node.js, .NET).
- Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of security principles, performance optimization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with microservice architecture and microservice-based, API-first, cloud-native, headless (MACH) architecture.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience working with virtual teams across time zones.
Nice to Have
- Good to have an understanding of Gen AI and Agentic AI.
