About the Role

The recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for research-focused technical positions, working closely with hiring managers to identify talent in artificial intelligence and machine learning domains.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interviews and provide logistical support
  • Gather and share feedback from interview panels
  • Negotiate offers with candidates and extend formal invitations
  • Track diversity and inclusion metrics in hiring
  • Stay updated on AI research community trends
  • Identify passive candidates through technical publications
  • Use Boolean search techniques for targeted sourcing
  • Support onboarding by sharing candidate insights
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations
  • Represent the organization at research networking events
  • Benchmark compensation against industry standards
  • Maintain confidentiality throughout the hiring process
  • Scale recruitment strategies as the team grows
  • Provide market intelligence on research talent availability
