Responsibilities
- Lead intake discussions with hiring managers to clarify essential qualifications, salary bands, geographic areas, and interview processes for each role.
- Guide clients on current labor market conditions, availability of talent, salary benchmarks, and effective hiring strategies.
- Develop focused candidate pipelines using job posting platforms, dental-specific networks, social media, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Execute multi-channel recruitment initiatives, including automated job advertising and expanding searches across regions and role types.
- Keep pipelines well-organized and properly labeled by position, location, licensing status, and candidate availability.
- Perform candidate screenings and evaluations covering clinical skills, productivity expectations, cultural fit, and regulatory compliance.
- Schedule and manage interviews, trial work periods, facility tours, and associated logistics; brief and debrief candidates and hiring teams to maintain a high-quality experience.
- Provide weekly updates on pipeline status, hiring forecasts, and key performance indicators to hiring managers and operational partners.
- Create consistent job requisition formats, interview scoring guides, and feedback systems across locations and business units.
- Maintain accurate records and data quality in internal applicant tracking systems and client HR platforms such as Paycom.
- Monitor state-specific licensing, DEA registration, NPI numbers, insurance enrollment, and other credentials; confirm all requirements are met before submitting candidates.
- Serve as representative of the RPO team at dental industry events, professional gatherings, and local community functions.
- Engage in local outreach through community organizations, alumni associations, specialty groups, and in coordination with Dental Career Programs and campus recruitment efforts.
