Responsibilities
- Lead the frontend development team in building and maintaining React applications

- Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and pair programming
- Drive frontend architecture decisions and long-term technical planning
- Ensure consistency between UI design and implemented interfaces
- Promote use of modern JavaScript and React patterns across the team
- Coordinate with backend teams to design efficient APIs
- Improve frontend build pipelines and deployment workflows
- Champion accessibility and responsive design standards
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and agile ceremonies
- Monitor application performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Evaluate and integrate new frontend tools and libraries
- Maintain documentation for key frontend systems and processes
- Support QA efforts by resolving frontend-related bugs and issues
- Ensure adherence to security best practices in client-side code
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions within the engineering department
- Represent frontend interests in cross-functional technical discussions
- Balance technical debt reduction with feature development
- Promote a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
- Work closely with UX designers to refine interactive elements
- Implement analytics and tracking with privacy compliance
