Laravel is looking for a Frontend Product Engineer to join our AI team. You’ll build ambitious projects with a focus on React and a product mindset. This role involves shipping features at startup speed, building complex React interfaces, and connecting with users to improve our products.
What You'll Do
- Ship production features at startup speed, owning frontend implementation from concept to deployment and moving from prototype to production in hours or days.
- Build complex, delightful React interfaces by working closely with our UX designer to implement sophisticated user-facing features with beautiful and scalable UI components.
- Own technical excellence by profiling and optimizing performance, architecting scalable frontend systems, and maintaining high code quality standards.
- Connect with users by embedding with our community to understand their workflows, identify pain points, and translate learnings into product improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Strong frontend craft in TypeScript, React, Inertia, and Tailwind, with a keen eye for interaction design, motion, accessibility, and visual detail.
- A track record of independently driving features from idea to production.
- A portfolio showcasing high-quality, well-designed, thoughtful experiences.
- A small obsession with helping users succeed.
Nice to Have
- Experience as a former founder or early engineer who’s built a product from 0→1.
- A bias to action, taking ownership, and never settling.
- A love to win and proactively share demos.
