Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of frontend architecture for the next-generation management console, shaping decisions around application structure, routing, state management, reusable components, and long-term code sustainability
- Develop and maintain secure cross-origin authentication systems that connect the console with external services, handling login flows, CORS rules, CSRF defenses, session management, and multi-environment compatibility
- Build and manage a scalable frontend delivery system that supports multiple products under a single, streamlined development process
- Create unified standards, shared codebases, and consistent patterns to merge separate product interfaces into a single, integrated platform experience
- Develop architectural frameworks, tools, and abstractions that empower engineers without frontend expertise to build accessible, production-ready user interfaces safely
- Collaborate with design teams to transform complex technical concepts around networking and identity into clear, user-friendly interfaces
- Work alongside Growth, Product, Design, and engineering teams to implement experiments, A/B tests, analytics tracking, and phased feature rollouts
- Define and refine testing practices for the frontend, including integration and end-to-end tests, developer-friendly tooling, and simplified abstractions for product teams
- Partner with infrastructure and tooling teams to enhance local development environments, build systems, preview deployments, release processes, and system reliability
- Elevate frontend engineering standards across the organization through technical mentorship, code reviews, platform documentation, and enforceable best practices
