Responsibilities
- Welcome members and visitors with courtesy and professionalism upon arrival and departure.
- Confirm membership validity and enforce access procedures consistently.
- Offer tailored support by recognizing members personally and proactively addressing their preferences.
- Respond promptly and sensitively to member questions, concerns, and special requests.
- Manage guest check-ins and ensure compliance with visitor guidelines.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and face-to-face inquiries with efficiency and tact.
- Arrange bookings for club amenities including dining, events, sports facilities, and spa services.
- Assist in organizing events and liaise with food and beverage, wellness, and event staff.
- Keep precise logs of member visits, reservations, and communication records.
- Ensure the reception and lobby areas are clean, orderly, and reflect a high standard of presentation.
- Support new member integration by preparing documents, distributing welcome materials, and arranging facility tours.
- Process payments for memberships, events, and other services accurately.
- Generate daily summaries covering reservations, guest arrivals, and front desk operations.
- Work closely with housekeeping, security, and operations teams to ensure smooth member experiences.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and protect member data in accordance with privacy standards.
