Mercier Consultancy is seeking a French Support Specialist to join our team supporting a globally leading search engine. Your primary role will be to assist French-speaking users, resolving their inquiries and enhancing their experience with the platform. This is a remote position based in Greece.
What You'll Do
- Provide exemplary support to French-speaking users via chat, email, and phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Guide customers in understanding the functionalities and features of the search engine to enhance their usage.
- Document all interactions and maintain detailed records for reference and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure swift resolutions.
- Stay updated on product features, updates, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide recommendations for optimal use of the search engine.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in French, both written and spoken.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts simply and clearly.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for technology and helping others.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English is a plus.
- Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM software is an advantage.
