Qode is hiring a French-Speaking Sales Executive / Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our clients, handling inbound and outbound communication and providing helpdesk support related to payment solutions. Your fluency in French will be essential for serving our client base effectively.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in French and English.
- Promote payment solutions and upsell services to prospective and existing clients.
- Provide helpdesk support and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
What We're Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in Customer Service, Helpdesk, or similar client-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills in French (mandatory) and English.
- Customer-centric mindset with proven problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in the payments, fintech, or Banking domain.
