Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a French Speaking Customer Happiness Specialist to deliver exceptional support to our French-speaking clientele. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring a positive customer experience and building lasting relationships.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Manage inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and relay feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Engage in ongoing training to refine customer service skills and product knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in French is essential.
- Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to assist customers effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
- Enthusiasm for helping customers and enhancing their experience.
- Motivation to be part of a dynamic team focused on customer happiness.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is an asset.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferable.
