Mindrift is seeking a Freelance Software Developer specializing in Python to join our mission of using collective intelligence to ethically shape AI. In this role as an AI Tutor in Coding, you will directly train and enhance generative AI models for major technology innovators.
What You'll Do
- Craft and answer computer science questions to train AI models.
- Evaluate and rank code generated by AI models.
- Ensure the clarity, consistency, and factual accuracy of AI outputs.
- Provide feedback to writers and collaborate with QA Specialists to uphold standards.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in or completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience with Python.
- Practical experience with code review is required.
- An advanced (C1) or above level of English.
- A readiness to learn new methods and switch between tasks and topics quickly.
- The ability to work with challenging, complex guidelines.
- A laptop, reliable internet connection, and available time for remote freelance work.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Cloud sourcing platforms.
- Experience with AI projects.
