About the Role
The ideal candidate will work closely with designers and Product Managers to guide product design from concept through launch, while also supporting user research, design system growth, and scalable design practices.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers and Product Managers to define and refine user journeys and lead end-to-end product design
- Take ownership of user research initiatives such as interviews, usability testing, and design thinking sessions
- Support the development and enhancement of the company's design system
- Influence the evolution of design processes, tools, and team culture as the organization expands

The company has approximately 60 employees and is growing. The Product Designer will work alongside designers and Product Managers within a scaling product team.
