Join a selective group of independent professionals as a Freelance Business Analyst, contributing to digital initiatives that solve real business challenges. You’ll play a central role in shaping product direction by identifying needs, defining requirements, and ensuring solutions meet both user expectations and strategic objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with stakeholders to uncover business needs and translate them into actionable specifications, including user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and interviews to align teams around common goals
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and development teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Analyze existing processes to find opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency
- Ensure final deliverables reflect agreed-upon requirements and deliver measurable impact
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of experience in business analysis, ideally within digital, IT, or consulting environments
- Proven ability to work in Agile settings and document requirements using user stories, process models, or diagrams
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and clear communication
- Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken
- Experience in web or mobile product development
- A proactive approach with accountability for outcomes
Preferred Background
- Exposure to UX research, data analysis, or consulting
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Miro, and Figma
- Professional certification such as IIBA or equivalent
How It Works
This is a project-based B2B contract role. You should be available for client and team meetings during standard business hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), though the rest of your work can be completed asynchronously. We expect a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
