About the Role
The FP&A team plays a central role in shaping the company’s future by enabling data-driven decisions that drive growth and performance optimization. As a strategic business partner, this role combines financial expertise with commercial insight to influence key decisions and deliver impactful analysis across functions.
Responsibilities
- Own the creation and delivery of monthly management accounts, providing clear financial commentary that highlights trends, variances, and key performance drivers for senior leadership.
- Conduct in-depth Budget vs. Actual analysis across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles, translating financial data into actionable narratives for global leadership.
- Serve as the main liaison between FP&A and Financial Reporting & Control teams to ensure accurate data flow, reporting consistency, and alignment on accounting policies.
- Develop and maintain automated forecasting models for cash flow and balance sheet reporting to support liquidity planning and capital strategy.
- Lead FP&A’s input into regulatory capital reporting, ensuring compliance and forward-looking resilience across all operating regions.
- Drive automation of reporting processes, data pipelines, and workflows using Aleph, advanced data tools, and AI technologies such as Claude.
- Design and scale interactive dashboards that deliver real-time insights into P&L performance, unit economics, and departmental results.
- Collaborate with finance partners and department leaders to monitor spending, assess performance, and deliver insights for budget optimization.
- Take a leading role in designing, executing, and improving rolling forecasts and annual budgeting cycles.
- Lead strategic initiatives including scenario modeling, fundraising support, and M&A analysis in response to evolving business needs.
