About the Role

This role is responsible for designing and executing end-to-end recruitment strategies to support early-stage scaling. The individual will own talent pipelines, refine hiring workflows, and collaborate closely with leadership to align hiring with company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for key roles across departments
  • Develop sourcing strategies to identify high-potential candidates
  • Partner with executives to define hiring needs and role priorities
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate experience
  • Create scalable hiring processes suitable for rapid growth
  • Use data to track and improve recruitment performance
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting partners
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Support onboarding integration between hiring teams and HR
  • Identify ways to improve diversity in candidate pipelines
  • Communicate hiring updates to stakeholders regularly
  • Evaluate job descriptions for clarity and inclusivity
  • Conduct market research to understand talent trends
  • Represent the organization at industry events and career fairs
  • Train hiring managers on effective interviewing practices
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Iterate on recruitment strategies based on feedback
  • Develop talent communities for future hiring needs
  • Balance urgent hiring needs with long-term talent planning
  • Promote employer branding through authentic outreach
