Why This Role Exists
Insurance is complex, operational, and full of nuance: it cannot be designed through abstraction alone. As our Product Designer, you will work directly with brokers, founders, and AI systems to help translate real-world insurance workflows into interfaces that actually work in practice. This role is not for you if you're looking for a traditional design role focused on pixel-pushing or visual polish alone. You will help shape how insurance knowledge is structured, displayed, and used inside an AI-native product.
