- Lead end-to-end user experience design, from identifying user challenges to delivering refined solutions in partnership with product managers.
- Create intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences for new features and product enhancements, prioritizing clarity and consistency.
- Quickly build prototypes and conduct testing to evaluate concepts, then refine based on user feedback and technical feasibility.
- Clearly articulate design rationale and decisions to engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation.
- Establish and manage a scalable design system to maintain uniformity in look, feel, and behavior across the product.
- Approach design holistically, ensuring individual components form a unified and easy-to-navigate product experience.
