Responsibilities
- Deploy the platform from start to finish for new clients using Google SecOps and/or Microsoft Sentinel
- Integrate log sources, set up data connectors, and verify data ingestion workflows
- Install and configure pre-built security content in client environments, such as parsers, dashboards, detection rules, and response playbooks, created by Security Solution Engineers for SIEM/SOAR systems
- Follow established procedures to implement MDR capabilities within defined service level objectives
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to connectivity, data flow, and system configuration during setup
- Provide practical training to clients, enabling them to effectively use and benefit from the deployed system
- Record configuration details and prepare handover documentation for support teams
- Oversee several customer implementations simultaneously, adjusting for complexity and platform differences
- Escalate technical challenges to senior staff or management when necessary
