Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or Solutions Engineer.
- Hands-on problem solver — comfortable writing and debugging code (e.g. Python, JavaScript, or low-code integrations).
- Led enterprise software implementations or integrations, ideally involving APIs, CRMs, or telephony platforms.
- Experience or deep interest in AI/ML technologies, especially conversational AI or LLM-based systems.
- Strong communicator who can bridge technical and business perspectives with clarity.
- Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and are motivated by helping customers succeed.
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating or supporting telephony providers, SIP, or contact center systems.
- Background in LLM prompting, AI orchestration, or intelligent automation.
- Familiarity with enterprise post-sales success frameworks (adoption, enablement, value realization).
- Track record of driving renewals, expansions, or measurable customer outcomes in enterprise settings.
