Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients to turn unclear business challenges into functional AI solutions
- Construct data systems that support AI application development and deployment
- Create Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agent-based workflows using state-of-the-art large language models
- Develop testing frameworks and safety controls to ensure system reliability and performance
- Seamlessly embed AI solutions into existing client software environments
- Enhance internal tools, accelerators, and reference examples to strengthen the organization's AI capabilities
- Design and implement reliable ETL/ELT pipelines and data architectures for AI-driven applications, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility
- Build end-to-end data pipelines for RAG systems, covering data ingestion, segmentation, embedding creation, vector storage, and retrieval efficiency
- Create evaluation tools and safeguards to monitor quality, safety, cost, and response speed pre- and post-deployment
- Integrate AI components into client platforms using REST/GraphQL APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud services on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Develop production-ready applications leveraging LLMs such as Claude, GPT, and open-source models, including chat interfaces, copilots, agents, and automation tools
- Implement agentic workflows using frameworks like Claude Agent SDK, LangGraph, or similar, incorporating tool integration, planning, and multi-step coordination
- Lead fast-paced prototyping cycles with clients, delivering working demos quickly and refining toward production readiness
- Document system designs, share insights across teams, and contribute to internal accelerators and standardized implementations
