This role is central to ensuring successful customer outcomes through hands-on technical engagement. You'll work directly with customers before and after sales to guide implementation, resolve integration challenges, and support deployment of sophisticated AI systems in diverse environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with technical stakeholders to understand infrastructure needs and design appropriate solutions
- Lead proof-of-concept efforts, pilot rollouts, and production deployments tailored to customer environments
- Diagnose and resolve technical obstacles that arise during integration and deployment phases
- Convert customer goals into actionable technical plans and configurations
- Coordinate with product, engineering, and sales teams to align customer progress with product capabilities
- Communicate effectively with senior engineers and decision-makers during technical discussions
- Identify common implementation patterns and relay feedback to shape product development
Qualifications
Candidates should bring a solid engineering foundation and experience in customer-facing technical roles. The ideal profile includes:
- At least three years in software or solutions engineering, technical consulting, or similar fields
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system integrations and deployment pipelines
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts clearly
- Experience working in unstructured, fast-paced settings with evolving priorities
- Familiarity with modern development tools and AI-enhanced workflows
Preferred Background
- Background in enterprise software, developer platforms, or AI infrastructure
