Spellbook is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle enterprise implementations by collaborating with clients to assess legal processes and technical landscapes, guiding deployment in large organizations, and converting unclear requirements into functional production systems.
  • Develop integrations between the platform and external systems such as document management platforms, identity providers, and internal APIs to enable seamless AI-native workflows.
  • Create solutions focused on complex workflows including approval chains, routing logic, access controls, and audit trails that align with real-world enterprise limitations and existing tooling.
  • Customize and enhance the product for individual clients by adjusting model behavior, enriching input context, and modifying user experiences to fit diverse deployment needs.
  • Promote user adoption by working directly with legal professionals and operations teams, refining solutions based on feedback, and ensuring performance, reliability, and active usage.
  • Gather insights from customer deployments to identify common patterns and contribute to the evolution of core product features and platform strategy.
