About the Role
This position involves working directly with customers to implement and optimize analytics solutions, providing hands-on support during onboarding and ongoing usage, while translating business needs into technical configurations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and technical environments
- Lead onboarding processes for new customers using analytics platforms
- Configure and customize tools to meet specific client requirements
- Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve technical obstacles
- Train client teams on platform features and best practices
- Gather feedback to inform product improvements
- Document implementation workflows and client-specific setups
- Coordinate with engineering and product teams to escalate issues
- Monitor adoption metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Support data migration and validation processes
- Ensure clients achieve measurable outcomes from deployed solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform updates and features
- Deliver post-implementation reviews and optimization recommendations
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle
- Assist in defining success criteria for deployment projects
- Provide input on client onboarding documentation
- Respond to client inquiries within service level expectations
- Track project timelines and deliverables
- Adapt communication style for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Maintain client data confidentiality and compliance standards
- Support pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives
- Facilitate workshops to align on project goals
- Use data to demonstrate client progress and impact
