Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts with various lifting attachments to transport raw paper, work-in-progress items, finished goods, machinery, or supplies within a warehouse, storage area, or production facility
- Load and unload freight from semi-trailer trucks as needed
- Keep inventory records accurate and report any variances promptly
- Place or remove materials on or from pallets, skids, or lifting equipment
- Conduct routine safety inspections on forklifts
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as lubricating equipment, recharging batteries, refueling, or swapping gas cylinders
Compensation
$20.00/hr starting rate with $2/hr shift premium
