Responsibilities
- Moves completed goods for shipment or storage using forklift equipment
- Provides materials to the production area as required
- Prepares products for transportation or relocation
- Stores unused materials and tracks inventory details including type, quantity, and storage location
- Transports and manages paper waste generated during manufacturing
- Cleans work areas, including emptying waste containers and performing general upkeep
- Conducts daily checks on lifting equipment and reports any maintenance issues
- Performs battery maintenance tasks such as inspection, recharging, replacing electrical connections, and lubricating moving components
- May be responsible for replacing LP or propane tanks
- Follows and supports all safety protocols, including proper hazardous waste handling, lockout-tagout procedures, and use of protective gear
- Completes additional assigned tasks and supports special initiatives as directed
