Responsibilities
- Configure, calibrate, and run folder gluer equipment used in the production of folding cartons
- Examine machinery for potential safety hazards or operational risks
- Operate perfect binding systems that process collated sheets or signatures through multiple integrated stages, including vibration, milling, surface preparation, adhesive application, covering, and final stacking or packaging of finished products such as books, catalogs, or magazines
- Perform precise adjustments to synchronize the functions of various workstations within a single machine
- Lead and supervise team members throughout all phases of manufacturing operations
- Track and maintain standards for product quality, production volume, and operational efficiency
- Provide guidance and support in training other team members as directed
