roometric GmbH is hiring a Flutter Developer (w/m/d) to build and ship features for our mobile and web applications. You will work 100% remote in a modern, lean codebase, quickly turning ideas into implementation while collaborating with a small, focused team.
What You'll Do
- Build and ship production-ready features in Flutter for mobile and web
- Go from idea to implementation in 2 weeks rather than months
- Work hands-on in a modern, lean codebase
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team of 6 people
- Deliver high-quality work without endless meetings
- Communicate clearly in an async-first, remote setup
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree or higher
- Minimum 2 years of full-time Flutter experience in a company setting
- Pragmatic mindset focused on writing clean, stable code to solve real problems
- Use AI tools like GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT as a natural part of development
- Strong sense of ownership and a track record of delivering finished work
- Comfortable working in a small, high-output team
- Clear communication in English (required)
