Responsibilities
- Provide remote psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Conduct individual therapy sessions with diverse client populations
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards
- Collaborate with clients to set measurable therapeutic goals
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Offer crisis intervention when necessary
- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers as appropriate
- Stay current with clinical research and best practices
- Manage a flexible caseload according to personal availability
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations
- Participate in ongoing professional development
- Respond promptly to client communications
- Use digital platforms for secure video sessions
- Maintain licensure and required credentials
- Follow documentation protocols for billing and compliance
- Support client engagement and retention
- Conduct intake interviews to assess client needs
- Provide feedback and progress reports to clients
