Responsibilities
- Lead and expand the fixed asset accounting function in alignment with rapid expansion of international data center assets
- Oversee the complete fixed asset lifecycle, including capitalization, construction-in-progress monitoring, depreciation, disposal, and impairment assessments
- Maintain precise asset records that meet audit requirements and adhere to both US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards
- Collaborate with Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Drive fixed asset accounting readiness in support of a potential public offering
