Responsibilities
- Lead initial hardware validation at manufacturing partner locations, ensuring custom printed circuit board assemblies and robotic components meet specifications upon first power-up.
- Develop reliable C/C++ diagnostic firmware to test microcontroller operations, communication interfaces, power delivery, and sensor performance during production.
- Collaborate with hardware and test engineering teams to implement, support, and refine automated functional test systems on production lines.
- Diagnose and resolve system-level manufacturing issues in real time using test equipment such as logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and proprietary debugging tools.
- Act as the primary technical conduit between U.S.-based engineering teams and overseas manufacturing partners, enabling rapid issue resolution and alignment.
