Responsibilities
- Enable next-generation high-speed SerDes and optical communication technologies
- Implement firmware features within signal processing components of advanced hardware products
- Collaborate closely with architecture, hardware, and software design teams
- Define, develop, and sustain firmware algorithms for silicon control
- Create and validate firmware using emulation and simulation platforms before silicon availability
- Diagnose and resolve issues across hardware, firmware, and software layers
- Actively contribute to early silicon validation and software integration phases
- Lead analytical discussions on product performance and enhancement opportunities
