Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Finnish Speaking Video Content Moderator to join our team. In this role, you will review and moderate video content submitted by users to ensure it aligns with community guidelines and safety standards for a Finnish-speaking audience. Your work will help maintain a secure and respectful environment.
What You'll Do
- Review and moderate video content in Finnish, ensuring compliance with community standards.
- Identify inappropriate or harmful content, taking prompt action as needed.
- Engage with the community by responding to user inquiries and providing assistance professionally.
- Document moderation actions and report on trends, potential issues, and user feedback.
- Collaborate with the moderation team to enhance best practices and improve content moderation processes.
- Stay informed about current trends in video content and regulations affecting moderation practices.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for effective content evaluation.
