The Accelerated Agency is hiring a Lead Engineer for the Find team. This role is pivotal in driving the technical vision and execution for our product, ensuring we build robust and scalable systems to meet our goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead the technical strategy, architecture, and implementation for the Find product.
- Design and build high-quality, scalable, and maintainable systems.
- Guide and mentor engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Partner closely with product and business stakeholders to define and deliver on the roadmap.
- Establish and uphold engineering best practices, from code reviews to deployment processes.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or similar senior technical leadership role.
- Strong background in software architecture, system design, and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- A track record of shipping complex, customer-facing products.
- Experience guiding technical decisions and setting standards for an engineering team.
Work Mode
This is a global, remote-first role. We welcome candidates based in or willing to work core hours aligning with our key hubs, including Sliema, London, Lisbon, Sofia, Dublin, Bucharest, Belgrade, Barcelona, and Amsterdam.
