You will play a central role in shaping financial strategy by gathering, verifying, and interpreting key business and financial metrics across departments. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and interpret financial and operational data across the organization
- Develop and maintain automated management reports to streamline decision-making
- Produce financial forecasts and provide actionable recommendations
- Monitor budget adherence and evaluate cost-effectiveness across functions
- Identify and investigate variances in financial or business performance
- Deliver data-backed insights to support marketing, product, and client-facing teams
- Improve internal financial processes and contribute to planning cycles
- Present findings and analysis to senior stakeholders
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, management accounting, or business analytics, preferably in digital or technology-driven environments
- Firm grasp of financial principles, economic models, and foundational statistics
- Ability to differentiate internal performance analysis from investment evaluation
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including complex formulas and handling large datasets
- Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data — required
- High attention to detail and consistent accuracy in reporting outputs
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Python for data analysis or a clear willingness to develop proficiency
