As Finance Transformation Lead – AI & Analytics, you will modernize legacy reporting systems, replacing static outputs with interactive, intelligent dashboards that empower decision-makers across global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete redesign of finance dashboards, shifting from passive reporting to proactive, AI-enhanced insight delivery.
- Collaborate with data engineering, technology, and business teams to align analytics solutions with strategic finance objectives.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and trust in financial data flows and dashboard outputs through robust validation and governance practices.
- Define and maintain core financial logic, KPIs, and narrative frameworks that turn data into meaningful business actions.
- Design self-service analytics experiences that deliver fast, context-aware insights—reducing dependency on manual reporting.
- Serve as the final finance approver for analytics models and automated insights, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
- Champion adoption of new tools and ways of working, measuring impact and driving continuous improvement.
- Mentor and grow a team of analysts, building expertise in data storytelling, business partnership, and advanced analytics.
- Take ownership of outcomes, focusing on value creation, scalability, and long-term sustainability of analytics solutions.
Qualifications
Candidates should bring at least 10 to 14 years of experience in finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or finance transformation within complex, global organizations. Proven success in modernizing reporting platforms and deploying analytics at scale is essential.
You must have a solid grasp of financial statements, performance metrics, and enterprise-level reporting. Hands-on experience with BI tools, analytics platforms, or AI-integrated reporting systems is required. The ability to translate complex financial data into clear, business-relevant insights is critical.
Strong communication and influence skills are necessary to engage diverse stakeholders across regions and functions. Prior experience in multi-regional environments and familiarity with global finance governance frameworks are advantageous.
