Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in public accounting, business administration, or a related discipline
- At least three years of experience in administrative, financial, or accounting functions, ideally within the services industry
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Solid understanding of accounting and administrative practices
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Hands-on experience managing full-cycle financial processes such as purchase order tracking, invoicing, collections, vendor invoice handling, and financial reporting
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities
- Potential to lead and guide team members
- Confident and direct communication style
- Strong commitment to teamwork and high-performance standards
