Join a finance team focused on accuracy and efficiency, where your role will be central to managing the complete accounts payable cycle. You'll handle invoice processing, ensure timely vendor payments, and support critical closing activities while serving as a reliable resource for your colleagues.
What You'll Do
Process supplier invoices with precision, verifying approvals and entering data accurately across financial systems. Monitor open items and resolve discrepancies promptly to maintain clean accounts. Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Support month-end and year-end closing procedures within SAP, including reconciliation tasks and documentation updates. Take ownership of dunning follow-ups and manage intercompany netting processes, including confirmations and adjustments. Act as a backup for team members and assist in maintaining up-to-date training materials for accounts payable workflows.
Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues, serve as a point of guidance for process-related questions, and proactively identify areas for improvement. Share insights with leadership on risks, inefficiencies, or opportunities to standardize procedures across the function.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role
- Fluency in both English and Turkish, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines independently and maintain accuracy under routine volume
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and support peers
