Responsibilities
- Lead operational analysis activities across finance processes, ensuring structured and data-driven discovery.
- Coordinate the discovery phase, gathering analytical inputs from integrated countries and validating process insights.
- Map end-to-end processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, Intercompany, Treasury, Master Data) and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct and facilitate process workshops, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and clear documentation of outcomes.
- Prepare process documentation, workflows, and analytical summaries supporting transformation decisions.
- Develop components and drafts of the Target Operating Model, including process harmonization and optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with ERP teams and solution architects to ensure alignment between process design and system capabilities.
- Support the preparation of rollout plans and contribute to defining the transformation roadmap.
- Coordinate follow-ups with countries, ensuring timely delivery of analytical inputs and progress on assigned actions.
- Drive process standardization and support the design of ERP-enabled solutions.
- Participate in transformation initiatives, process improvement projects, and cross-functional workshops.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Finance Transformation, ideally in SSC/BPO or consulting environments.
- Proven experience in ERP-enabled transformation, understanding how processes translate into ERP system steps and requirements.
- Strong knowledge of finance processes: P2P, O2C, R2R, Intercompany, Treasury, Master Data.
- Experience in SSC migrations, TOM design, and rollout planning.
- Ability to translate processes into operating models and transformation roadmaps.
- Practical experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, Process Mining or similar).
- Strong analytical toolkit: process discovery, process mapping, root-cause analysis (e.g., 5WHY), synthesis of complex information.
- High operational independence and hands-on approach — ability to lead analytical workstreams, coordinate countries, and deliver key project outputs.
- Experience working as SME, Team Leader, Expert, or Workstream Lead (minimum 4 years in a senior role; minimum 5 years in finance processes overall).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in international, cross-functional environments.
- Very good command of English.
