Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a team of two financial analysts, fostering professional growth and high-quality output
- Design and manage financial models, reporting templates, and dashboards to monitor operating expenses, product costs, and strategic initiatives
- Evaluate recurring SaaS metrics and business performance data to generate practical recommendations
- Oversee the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and financial forecasts, including income statements, cash flow, and balance sheets
- Conduct variance and trend analysis comparing actuals to budget and forecast, and communicate key drivers to stakeholders
- Provide financial guidance to cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes
- Drive detailed customer performance analysis, including bookings, net revenue expansion, churn, and retention metrics
- Collaborate with sales, finance leadership, revenue operations, and legal teams to structure and assess sales compensation plans
- Develop financial models and commentary for board and investor reporting, including SaaS KPIs and performance variances
- Monitor progress toward strategic value creation goals and assess performance relative to targets
- Work with business systems teams to ensure accurate financial data integration across finance and CRM platforms
- Analyze pricing strategies and support pricing decisions in partnership with Product and Revenue leaders
- Utilize AI-powered tools and automation to improve efficiency in financial reporting, forecasting, and data reconciliation
