Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that transform raw product data into high-integrity financial datasets.
Identify manual bottlenecks within Finance and develop automated workflows to increase speed and reduce operational risk.
Develop a profound understanding of our financial products (Credit Cards, Accounts, Loans) to ensure data reflects the true economic reality of the business.
Explore and implement AI solutions to optimize financial reconciliation, anomaly detection, and report generation.
Partner with Engineering, Product, and Risk teams to map data sources and ensure financial data integrity across the entire ecosystem.

Strong skills in translating complex financial data into clear business insights.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or Scala.
Experience with data orchestration tools and visualization platforms.
A strong understanding of financial products, banking operations, and how they flow into financial statements.
Excellent ability to bridge the gap between technical engineering teams and non-technical finance stakeholders.
Advanced English

Familiarity with financial regulations and the rigor required for statutory reporting is a plus.
Proven experience in automating repetitive tasks and a passion for using AI tools to drive efficiency.
