Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted financial advisor to senior leaders, delivering actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and support sustainable growth
- Collaborate in shaping and implementing the global business strategy for the Nutrition division
- Lead recurring financial forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning initiatives
- Oversee accurate and timely month-end close procedures and financial reporting cycles
- Investigate and communicate financial variances compared to budgets, forecasts, and historical results in partnership with business teams
- Produce and deliver monthly reports on sales performance, profitability, and key business metrics for executive review
- Build and manage interactive financial dashboards and Power BI tools to improve data transparency and KPI monitoring
- Provide on-demand financial analysis and strategic guidance to the Management Board
- Coordinate transfer pricing compliance and insurance policy administration in accordance with corporate standards
- Supervise treasury functions and ensure adherence to financial governance policies
- Create, validate, and refine financial models and reporting structures to support decision-making
- Orchestrate BtB reporting workflows and consolidate production reporting deliverables across departments
- Engage in developing and rolling out operational risk management frameworks aimed at enhancing value creation
